How do I order?

To place an order, please visit our order page.

Can I order multiple items?

Yes. On our order page, where you select what product you want there is an option to 'order more'. You can order up to three items from our order page. If you would like to order more please speak to us.

How do I pay?

Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm the price and to take payment.

Design FAQs

Can I use my existing logo?

Yes, that's no problem. We may ask for you to send a high quality version of your logo or alternatively we can make one for you.

Can I choose what content and information to include in my design?

Yes. Before getting started we will ask you what information you would like on your design. If you're unsure what to include we will make suggestions.

How long will the design take?

Typically designs take 1-2 working days. Large projects, such as brochures or media packs may take longer.

What happens if I don't like the design?

We will send over a first draft of your design for your approval if you would like us to make any changes, that's no problem. Once you're happy with everything we will send over the final proof of your design, and once you have confirmed this we will proceed with printing.

Printing FAQs

Can you send me some samples?

Yes certainly. Just email printing@vet123.co.uk with your address and we will pop some samples in the post for you

How long will the printing take?

Depending on the size of the project, printing usually takes around 5 working days, and delivery around 2 working days. If you need something sooner, please email printing@vet123.co.uk, we may be able to help.
